Question : Can I return items for exchange or refund?
Yes- of course if they are not as described or faulty and are returned within 10 days of being despatched by us (14 days overseas). Otherwise we will refund or exchange at our discretion. We wish to offer the best possible service to our clients and take a sympathetic view of our customers wishes and needs provided that they are reasonable.

WE ARE DELIGHTED TO RECEIVE EMAILS FROM OUR CLIENTS. We particularly want to hear from you if there is a problem with an order that we need to fix. However we will not respond to emails that are uncivil or in any way abusive or sarcastic. Such emails will be deleted and the senders addresses immediately blocked.
